Thank God Its Wednesday - T.G.I.W.
On Wednesday nights during the school year from 5 pm to 7 pm, we have a variety of kid activities available:
Meal~ 5:45-6:15 pm
Open to all children, youth, adults, families and choir members with a free will offering each night
Kids Activities ~ 6:15-7:00 pm
Kids meeting time is for all children ages 4 years old and up. We will be combined for 5 min of a gathering time, followed by engaging activities
Youth Groups ~ 6:15-7:00 pm
Jr. B.L.A.S.T. for 6th-8th grade, Sr. B.L.A.S.T. for 8th-12th grade
Puppets ~ 7:00-7:45 pm
For all children 4th grade and up
T.G.I.W. is for children from within our church and the local community come together mid-week to "Thank God its Wednesday". They will hear God's word through various songs, activities and memorizing scripture. Jr. B.L.A.S.T and Sr. B.L.A.S.T also do various service activities within the Des Moines Metropolitan Community. We also offer our Puppet ministry on Wednesday nights to rehears and learn the skills of puppets. All children, ages preschool and up, are invited to join us each Wednesday night.

Kids! Get your creative on! Our puppet team brings the teachings of Jesus alive with a modern twist! Join our New Hope Puppet Troupe and learn about stagecraft, making props, working in a team and how the Bible speaks to us today! Ages fourth grade and up.
